These delivery conditions are for the following countries:

Handling time for orders
We ship all orders placed before 15:00 PM (EET) on the same business day.
We handle orders only during business days (Mon - Fri). We do not ship during weekends or Finnish bank holidays (6.12. Independence Day for example).

Currently, we ship to the following countries outside of Finland:

If you want your order to be shipped to a country which is not listed, please contact us via e-mailinfo@retrogametycoon.comand ask if shipping could be arranged.
Transit time for orders
We use DHL Economy Select and DHL Express services for our international orders.
For most of the countries, we also offer Posti Parcel Connect which will be dispatched using Finnish Posti (Finnish national postal service) from Finland. These will be then passed over to the corresponding country's local post service. For Sweden and Denmark we offer Posti PickUp Parcel as a delivery service. Delivery is done by Bring.
Note that we ship all orders placed before 15:00 PM (EET) so handling might add one extra day to the total delivery time.

The cutoff time is 15:00 PM (EET). For orders processed after the cutoff time, one day gets added to the delivery time estimate.
Customer service
You can contact us via email at info@retrogametycoon.com. We strive to answer all customer emails within a business day.
We provide service in English but don't hesitate to contact us in our own language. We'll use Google translate in these cases and do our best to solve any problems if any arise when you do business with us :)
Payment methods
For international customers outside Finland, we accept credit card payments and PayPal. The credit card payments are handled by a Finnish payment service Paytrail (https://www.paytrail.com/en).
We also accept payment with store credits that you can earn through our loyalty program.
You need to register an account where the credits will be saved and you can use them freely on all of our products and services!
Currency
All payments are made in Euros except for Sweden from where we accept Swedish Kronas.
All products include the standard Finnish VAT rate of 24% except for books that have a reduced rate of 10%. You can see the VAT rate for a specific product on the product page.
Customs declaration
When ordering games, consoles or accessories outside of the EU please note that a customs declaration will be done to your order. We will always add the exact price of the product to the customs declaration. Before ordering please check out from your local customs how much import fees you might have to pay.
Return policy
Online orders have a standard 14-day return policy. The product must be in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase. If the customer has purchased a new product which is still in factory made shrink wrap or is still otherwise sealed and it is opened and its value has been therefore significantly demised (collector’s item) we will reduce this value from the final refund amount.
The customer is responsible for any costs unless otherwise agreed with our customer service. We return your payment via PayPal or wire transfer. We also offer to return your payment using store credits which we will add to your user account making the process faster in case you want to purchase another product. In order to use store credits you need to register an account.
Damaged or missing items
Retrogametycoon offers a 30 day warranty for used retro games, consoles and accessories. If you receive a damaged product or your order is missing an item, please send an email detailing the issue to info@retrogametycoon.com. Don’t forget to mention your name, username, and order number (found on the invoice that was included in the package). We will respond as quickly as we are able to via email.
