Retrogametycoon's domestic shipping options are small package, postal package, Posti Express package and the option to pick up your order at Retrogametycoon's pick-up point. The postage payment is determined based on the product's volume, weight and selected delivery method.

A small package is the easiest way to order a single game or other small product and it is delivered directly to your home address.

*All orders placed on Friday before 3:00 p.m. will be delivered the same day, and the post office will try to deliver them the next day by Saturday to vending machines or to pick up at the post office in the following locations: Espoo, Helsinki, Jyväskylä, Kauniainen, Kuopio, Lahti, Oulu, Pori, Seinäjoki, Tampere, Turku and Vantaa.

Delivered directly to the recipient, by 2 p.m. on the next working day
The shipment is delivered to the address indicated on the address card and handed over against receipt. The service includes one delivery attempt. The recipient's name information is saves for shipment tracking
If the recipient cannot be reached, an arrival notification is left for him or her and the shipment is delivered to the recipient's local post office for collection. Paid redistribution can be ordered for the shipment. The shipment will be returned to the sender if it is not picked up after the storage period ends
We process orders on weekdays, and orders placed before 3:00 p.m. will be sent to the post office the same day. We process orders placed on public holidays and weekends on the next business day.
For the Posti package and Posti Express package, you can also choose the collect-on-delivery option, in which case you only pay for your order when you pick it up from Posti. The fee for collect-on-delivery is 6,90€.
Pick-up from Retrogametycoon’s Pick-up point
You can also pick up your order at our pickup point. We collect orders placed on weekdays within the same day. Orders placed on the weekend can be picked up the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation of your order when it is available for pickup.

We keep unpaid orders on hold for fourteen days. If you cannot pick up your order within that time, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to extend the storage period
As a payment service, we use Paytrail, which allows you to pay for your order using Finnish online banking IDs and payment cards (debit and credit), Mobile Pay payment method and Walley invoice.
Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the account statement and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, please contact Retrogametycoon's customer service first.

You can also pay for your pick-up order in cash.
You can also pay on our website with Retrogametycoon credits, which you can get by exchanging your old games to us. One credit equals one euro and can be used as a discount for all products in Retrogametycoon's online store.
To receive and use credits, you must have a registered customer account. Credits remain in your customer account and do not expire.

Returns, complaints and defective products
Online orders have a standard 14-day return policy. The product must be in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase. If the customer has purchased a new product which is still in factory made shrink wrap or is still otherwise sealed and it is opened and its value has been therefore significantly demised (collector’s item) we will reduce this value from the final refund amount.
Retrogametycoon's used games, consoles and accessories have a 30-day functionality guarantee from the date of purchase.
If there is a problem with the ordered product or you want to return the product you ordered with a 14-day right of return, please contact us by email at email@example.com and we will send you instructions for the return. In the message, mention your name, username and order number, which can be found in the package that came with the order.
It is most convenient to return the received products in the same packaging as they were sent.
If the disagreement regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi/en/)
Before taking the case to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the magistrates' consumer advisory service(https://www.kkv.fi/en/consumer-affairs/consumer-advisory-services/).
We pack the ordered products carefully in bubble wrap so that they remain intact during transport.
We send small shipments in bubble wrap letters. We pack parcel shipments in a padded cardboard box.
All orders sent by mail include a tracking code. The system will notify you by text message or e-mail when your order can be picked up at a Post office or Posti’s SmartPost pick-up point.
When we send your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order's tracking number. It allows you to track the progress of the shipment. The procedure requires that a valid e-mail and phone number be entered in the customer's user data.
